L’Altra Romagna S.cons.a.r.l. with registered office at Via Roma, no. 24 Sarsina (FC) – Italy, VAT 02223700408 (hereinafter, “Data Controller“), as the data controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR“) and Legislative Decree no.101/2018 (hereinafter Privacy Code) that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes set out in paragraph 2.
1. Subject of Processing
The Data Controller processes personal, identifying data (e.g., name, surname, company name, address, phone number, email, banking and payment details) – hereinafter, “personal data” or also “data“) provided by you when concluding contracts for the services of the Data Controller.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed:
A) without your express consent (art. 2 sexies, art. 2 octies, art. 2 novies of the Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b), e) GDPR), for the following Service Purposes:

– support services to businesses in relation to the granting and disbursement of contributions, agreements, economic benefits of any kind provided for by national and regional community legislation.
– Public relations and communication services. - to fulfill pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations arising from relationships with you; to comply with obligations provided by law, regulation, community legislation, or an order of the Authority (such as anti-money laundering regulations);
- to exercise the rights of the Data Controller, for example, the right of defense in court;
- to conclude contracts for the services of the Data Controller:
B) Only with your specific and distinct consent (Privacy Code and art. 7 GDPR), for the following Marketing, communication, and promotion purposes:
- to send you via email, mail and/or SMS and/or phone contacts, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Data Controller and to assess your satisfaction with the quality of services;
- to acquire information also through third parties (e.g., business partners, insurance companies, other companies).
We inform you that if you are already our customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to services and products of the Data Controller similar to those you have already used and acquire information also through third parties, unless you object.
3. Processing Methods
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, storage, organization, preservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and destruction of data. Your personal data is subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.
The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in any case for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship.
4. Access to Data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A and 2.B:
- to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as appointees and/or internal data processors and/or system administrators;
- to third-party companies or other entities (by way of example, Regional Entities, National Entities, European Entities, professional firms, consultants, etc.) that carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller and/or are part of the proceduralization of the activities necessary for the execution of the purposes.
5. Data Communication
Without the need for express consent (art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, as well as to those entities to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of said purposes. These entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
Your data will not be disseminated, except for communications required by law.
6. Data Transfer
Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. It is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
7. Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal to Respond
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.A is mandatory. In their absence, we cannot guarantee you the Services of art. 2.A.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2.B is instead optional. You can therefore decide not to provide any data or to subsequently deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in this case, you will not be able to receive newsletters, commercial communications, and advertising material related to the Services offered by the Data Controller. However, you will continue to be entitled to the Services referred to in art. 2.A).
8. Rights of the Data Subject
As a data subject, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and specifically the rights to:
i. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or appointees;
iii. obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means with respect to the protected right;
iv. oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Therefore, the data subject can decide to receive only communications through traditional methods or only automated communications or neither type of communication.

You may at any time exercise your rights by sending:
