ANNUAL UPDATE OF THE MASTER FILE
MiPAAF Decree March 1, 2021 – “Implementation of the measures, within the framework of the National Agricultural Information System SIAN, recited by Article 43, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law No. 76 of July 16, 2020, converted, with amendments, by Law No. 120 of September 11, 2020,” published in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic on April 20, 2021, provided (Art. 4) the obligation to confirm or update the farm file in the Farm Register in its mandatory components at least once during each calendar year.
Failure to comply results in the inability to use the file in a new administrative procedure until it is updated or confirmed. Therefore, it is not possible to submit applications on the Rural Development Program of Emilia-Romagna (support, variant/supplementary communication and payment) if a validation form, which establishes its confirmation or update, has not been issued for the file in the previous calendar year.
The legal representative of each beneficiary can view the master file by logging in via personal SPID to the Farm Registry at the link https://agri.regione.emilia-romagna.it/ANAGAZAG/jsp/index.jsp and can then check in the VALIDATION FILE section for the latest release date of the file, then referring to the CAA managing the file for any updates.
To enter documentation on the SIAG, one can proceed through an Agricultural Assistance Center(AAC) or as an INTERNET USER
ACCESS TO SIAG INTERNET USERS
In application of Decree Law No. 76 of July 16, 2020 (DL Simplifications), new internet users to access the SIAG system and independently fill out applications no longer have to ask AGREA for the relevant credentials, but are accredited directly by accessing the system with authentication certificate contained on a smart card or with SPID credentials, in both cases of the legal representative. Only for public bodies is maintained the possibility of making a request to AGREA for the issuance of credentials for access, to allow operation on SIAG even in the absence of the legal representative.
